Dealing with your enquiry

Your enquiry is very important to us.

If you have an enquiry, need some advice or just want to book an appointment and we aren’t immediately available, please be patient. We usually get back to you within 4 hours but at worst case within 24 hours.

By asking the relevant questions, we can give you the best possible advice, clarify your fixed price cost or agree a convenient booking time and day.

Prior to contacting Ovenbrite it would be really useful if you were able to answer the questions shown in the ‘Useful information to gather prior to booking’ section opposite. Don’t worry if you can’t provide some of the information. We will ask the right questions to ascertain the work requirements in due course.

Useful information to gather prior to booking

When contacting us it will be useful to have the following to hand:

1) Preferred dates and times. More options makes it easier to accommodate your exact needs.

2) Appliances that require cleaning – oven, hob, extractor, microwave?

3) Type of appliance – Stand-alone, built in?

4) Size of the oven – number of oven compartments & hob burners

5) Make of oven – Aga, Range, other brand?

6) Any additional maintenance/repairs? – Bulb, filter replacement, more extensive repairs?

Again, don’t worry if you don’t have all this information.
